Kelley chose to have his big birthday bash at Bullwinkle's Family Fun Center. Why? Because the girls get super excited every time we pass the castle on the mini golf course as we drive up I-5. I think it fulfilled their expectations... except they couldn't go inside. It was a great time, as usual! Unfortunately a few of our family couldn't make it but most did. The weather held out, which was very nice.
First stop: mini golf. Yep, for the castle! Evan and his family had an exchange student from Korea, Minji, for the week. Definitely a new experience for her... after they got her out of bed (she was so exhausted from traveling - haha!).

Then some peeps hit up go-karts. Lucky them! Seoul was surprisingly excited for it. Sydney was super sad she couldn't go. Trevin lapped everyone a million times - stud!

CAKE!!! Need I say more - yum! Kelley (we) have such generous and kind friends and family! Love everyone!
I LOVE THIS MAN SO VERY VERY MUCH!!
As a side note: this is when we announced our good news to everyone... by the message on the cake and the girls' shirts. Did they get the message? Nope, not until we pointed it out before we cut the cake. My dad was the first to catch on... "Is this an announcement..?" with his little chuckle.
