Daily Silliness

Our days are spent just hanging around and having fun. Here are a few of our random activities that keep us entertained.

Seoul has so much fun with crafty stuff. She has a surprisingly long attention span when it comes to some of our projects.

The girls watched a movie one afternoon and these were the seats of choice. Can you tell they are just slightly enthralled? We don't watch TV/movies often but lately their top picks are "Tangled" and "Beauty and the Beast."

Sydney got tired reading her book, I guess.

This would be our Sassy Seoulio!

Sydney found a new comfy place to read her books. Just lately she's really gotten into looking at the books.

Seoul is constantly climbing in and out of the crib to play with Sydney. I worry that Sydney is going to learn the trick too soon!

Seoul got jewelry making supplies and loves it! The other day I found the beads, unwound string, and a pair of scissors under the desk. Guess she's trying to do it on her own.

Sydney has her own antics. She loves to climb - onto chairs, up the step stool... and it worries me! She did fall over the other day when a chair fell backward and she hasn't climbed into chairs as readily.

Seoul loves to help me with household chores. She would do far more if I would let her (but sometimes it really is quicker to do it myself!). She scrubs pans, sweeps the floor, folds clothes, and just has so much enthusiasm for it!

Seoul loves pushing strollers, especially now that we have a real baby and aren't using dollies all the time.

We LOVE the park... can't get enough of it!

Seoul gets excited to do things like mommy. Wrapping her hair in a towel was an interesting experience. Her little neck isn't strong enough for that big towel maybe.

Miss Independent Seoul dresses and accessorizes herself. Her favorite are the baby headbands that we someone gave us for Sydney. The funny part is they fit Seoul better than Sydney!

Seoul got into drawing people for a while. Most of the time it's some kind of portrait of me but this is just a "friend" she said.

Remember how Seoul couldn't get enough Ritz Crackers when she was a baby? Well, Sydney will eat them but she doesn't LOVE them like Seoul ever did.

Lately Seoul is always climbing, standing, or hanging off things. I guess her adventurous side is coming out.

The girls cooking together. Although they fight over specific foods and utensils sometimes they enjoy playing in the kitchen together.

Sydney accessorized: daddy's hat and her "pretty" of choice.

"It's her fault! She gave me the cookie!"

Sydney is far more adventurous at her age than Seoul ever was. (Some days I think she is going to give me a heart attack with all her antics!) Already she is climbing on things all the time. Her look says, "Oops - you caught me!"

Kelley and Seoul still have daddy-daughter day and they love it! {Don't worry - he is going to start having daddy-daughter day with Sydney, too}
